Extended Clinics

Extended clinics provide multi-day, high-impact training that helps athletes build confidence, refine technique, develop strength, and reinforce strong fundamentals.

4 Week Tryout Prep - High School

Our 4 week High School Cheer Tryout Prep Clinic helps athletes feel confident and prepared for upcoming tryouts. Athletes will work on motions, jumps, conditioning, cheer and dance performance, and basic stunting while learning proper technique and terminology used at the high school level. This clinic is ideal for athletes transitioning from youth cheer or looking to refine their skills and stand out. Our goal is for every athlete to walk into tryouts confident, prepared, and ready to perform their best.

Spring Break - Stunt and Strength - Elementary Clinic

Our stunt and strength clinic is designed to help athletes grow stronger and more confident in their stunting skills. We'll focus on fundamental strength, technique and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment. All experience levels welcome!

High School Single Day Clinics

Single-day clinics offer focused, high-impact training that helps athletes sharpen specific skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the opportunity to try something new.

High School Prep - Stunting
Saturday February 14th | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

We will focus on proper technique, body positioning, and confidence in high school cheer style stunts. Athletes will work on drills to improve strength, balance, timing, and communication in stunting groups. Each athlete will take home a stunting-focused workout plan to continue building strength and skills throughout the spring and summer in preparation for tryouts.

High School Prep - Jumps/Flexibility
Saturday February 14th | 1:00 - 3:00 PM

This clinic is designed to improve jump height, technique, flexibility, and overall power. Athletes will work on drills to improve form, arm placement, core strength, and flexibility. Each athlete will receive a take-home workout and stretch plan to continue improving jump performance leading into tryout season.

High School Prep - Tumbling
Saturday February 28th | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This clinic helps athletes strengthen foundational tumbling skills and work toward clean, confident execution for tryouts. Athletes will focus on technique, drills, and conditioning appropriate for their skill level. Each athlete will take home a tumbling-specific workout plan to continue progress throughout the spring and summer.

High School Prep - Motions/Strength
Saturday February 28th | 1:00 - 3:00 PM 

This clinic focuses on sharp, clean motions while building the strength needed to maintain proper technique. Athletes will work on arm placement, motion sharpness, counts, and cheer-specific strength training. Each athlete will receive a take-home strength and conditioning plan to continue developing power and precision for tryouts.
